CAN’s After School Art Club with tutor Dallas Wilcox (renamed Miss Rainbow by past Art Club students) is the perfect after school workshop for your little artists – a safe and inspiring space to learn new techniques, build confidence, and express themselves through art. Each hands-on class focuses on a different medium or art style with emphasis on letting the kiddos explore their imagination and creativity, as Miss Rainbow offers demonstrations, tips, and encouragement throughout.
Term 3 also includes craft activities such as diorama making, papercraft, and jewellery making as well as art - making it even more hands-on!
All materials provided, all masterpieces will be sent home upon completion.
Ideal for young creatives aged 8 – 13 of all skill and experience levels.
In term 3, CAN is able to offer these classes at a discounted rate due to a grant received from Napier City Council, Creative Communities Scheme.
