After School Art Club Term 4
Thursdays 3.15 – 4.45pm
17th October - 5th December (8 weeks)
CAN’s After School Art Club with tutor Dallas Wilcox (renamed Miss Rainbow by past Art Club students) is the perfect after school workshop for your creative kiddos – a safe and inspiring space to learn new techniques, build confidence, and express themselves through art. The classes are mostly practical with short theory lessons and demonstrations to bring focus to the space each week.
Lesson plan for Term 4 includes acrylic painting, sketching, mixed media collage, watercolour painting, and more. All materials provided, all masterpieces will be sent home upon completion.
Ideal for young creatives aged 8 – 13 of all skill and experience levels - including neurodivergent little artists!
In term 4, CAN is able to offer these classes at a discounted rate due to a grant received from Napier City Council, Creative Communities Scheme.
